Aruna Bhargavi is a certified Yoga Instructor from SVYASA, Bengaluru and has been practicing and teaching Yoga from 2013 at Kala Kalpakshetra. With a holistic wellness, she is dedicated to helping individuals cultivate mindfulness, balance, and strength through yoga practice. She believes in the transformative power of yoga to heal both the body and the mind, and the teaching style blends traditional yoga principles with modern anatomical understanding.

Narasimha Kulkarni is an engineer and an IT professional who is extremely passionate about Yoga and healthy living. He has been teaching yoga from 2015 at Kala Kalpakshetra, working with students of all ages and skill levels. Whether guiding beginners through their first poses or challenging seasoned practitioners, the goal is to inspire each student to find joy and peace through yoga and healthy living through conscious diet. He has been instrumental in taking yoga to the Government schools of Bijapur as part of Kala Kalpakshetra’s community outreach program and helping them relate to their body and mind better.

Poornima HV bhas been teaching yoga in Kala Kalpakshetra from 2017. She has also worked in some major institution such as CULT and Lotus fitness as a Yoga Instructor. She believes in embracing yoga as a lifestyle — not just a workout. Through personalized guidance, she aims to help the students harness the power of breath, movement, and meditation to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
